Order Processing Time
Made-to-Order Items: All custom-made products are handmade by skilled framers in Melbourne. Please allow 7-10 business days for production and dispatch.
In-Stock Items: Orders for ready-made items are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your items across Australia.
The estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days after dispatch for orders to QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC & SA.
The estimated shipping time is 5-10 business days after dispatch for orders to WA, NAT & TAS, and any rural areas in AUS.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping Australia wide.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send an email with your tracking number and courier information. If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately and each shipment will have its own unique tracking number. This ensures that every artwork piece is accounted for as it makes its way to you.
